For 50 days, until Pentecost on May 19th, we are in the Easter Season. Forty days of Fasting have become Fifty days of Feasting. During the Easter Season we read from the Acts of the Apostles. We learn about the resurrection of Jesus and the results of the resurrection: New Life! I pray God will open your heart and mind to the wonder and awe of Jesus raised from the dead. Death has been swallowed up in victory. Through Jesus we can be assured that we too will rise with him in God! We are an Easter people and alleluia is our song! Blessed Easter Season! Fr. Cedric
