Just four of us here, and employees. Sunny and warm Sunday. I am working on my new book about addictions. Editing new TV programs... Working out every day. We celebrate Mass every morning. I ask God to protect you from this virus and help you to grow in God at this difficult time. I produced a new video about the purpose of the pandemic. Please copy and share with others. Thousands have watched thus far. I wanted to be among the first to produce something of value and meaning. Here it is:

Also: EWTN is airing my series on the meaning of suffering this week Sunday - Friday March 22-27th at 5:30 pm ET.

Here is a video with a blessing:

While the virus makes for challenging times, now is an outreach opportunity for media ministries like mine. Most people are staying home from movies, sporting events, work and even church. Now is the opportunity for people who don't normally watch religious TV to find my ministry and others like it. I hope you will share this video with others...You can be a media missionary! I need you to reach out and help others to find ministries such as mine to bring the Gospel right into their homes. Also: Find the Passionist Sunday Mass at: thesundaymass.org

Thursday I flew back to Houston from my parish mission in New York City. Not a lot of people in the airports. I washed my hands often. I ask God to protect you, my friends and partners. May no sickness or disease or virus come near you. May you be strong, healthy and at peace. This too shall pass.

Note: My parish mission March 21-25 in Charlotte, N.C. has been cancelled. Also cancelled is the men's conference in San Antonio March 28th. Understandable.

What a mission in Floral Park, NY! (March 7-11) Great numbers came out despite the virus warnings. Best crowds were Wednesday am and pm. We celebrated a wonderful Mass of the Holy Spirit Wednesday night. We were all filled with the Holy Spirit. I met people from Long Island, Westchester, and New York City. Some even took the bus and taxis to get there! What a blessed people. I was able to visit the school: Spent time with the 3rd, 4th and 7th graders on Tuesday and Wednesday. I will never forget these folks. Many new partners also!

Here is a picture of a woman named Christina who drove in all the way from Westchester NY. Another woman even took two buses to get here. Some came from Long Island. Met lots who watch on TV! Good news: NET TV in NY will begin airing my program Sunday nights at 8 or 9 pm in addition to all the morning times they give me. www.netny.tv

The mission in Abbeville, LA. the first week of Lent (March 1-4) ended powerfully. We all received the Holy Spirit. Met great people and had a cultural experience of Cajun ethnicity.

Imagine over 200 people at the 6:30 am Mass! About 300 at night.

Sat/Sunday Feb. 8/9th we filmed 8 new episodes of Live with Passion! in Houston. The series is entitled "Through him, With him, and In him." The filming went great. You will love the content: One episode on family, another about depression, one about the power of the Bible and so much more. We now have to edit the raw footage and they will go to air the Sunday after Easter in April.

First picture from Friday night: promos.  Second picture from Saturday filming.

It's official! The executives at EWTN have approved my new series "The Hour of the Crucified" for air. Debut Advent 2020.! (Every first Friday of the month.) I will be airing a Lenten mission Sat 6 pm ET and Sundays of Lent at 5:30 am. Radio: Sundays at 4:30 pm. Another series "The Meaning of Suffering" will air after Lent.

This is the Limpias crucifix in our retreat center chapels. What is different about these crucifixes are that Jesus' side has not been pierced. His eyes are still open because he is still alive and suffering. His sufferings are caught in time and eternity so that we can lay our burdens and guilt down at the foot of his cross. On Fridays especially we remember Jesus' sufferings for us. May his Passion be always in our hearts!

Sundays at 1 pm ET and 10 am PT.
Also: TBN 7 am ET.

My precious "Pen Pals" write those who are incarcerated to encourage and inspire them. It is Jesus who is our inspiration: "I was in prison and you visited me" (Mt. 25:37). If you would like to participate in this wonderful writing ministry: Email Nancy Firmin at: nancy@frcedric.org
